ZERO STARS!

BE AWARE! Do NOT make business with this company!

I placed an order and didn't receive it for a couple of weeks/months. I kept asking about the status and they kept telling me that they had "problems with the warehouse".. after about 3 months of waiting i asked them to cancel the order and refund me my money. They accepted and cancelled the order. They didn't refund any money though.

They even stopped responding to all of my mails. Just went completely silent. Thank god I paid via Paypal who helped me with the refund of those scammers!

Again! DO NOT make business with those c*nts!

Avoid at all costs, unless you want to donate your money to some unscrupulous "business" people. They took our money and never ordered the goods from the manufacturer. I believe they never intended to fulfil the order, but instead chose to clear some company debts with our considerable funds. They then went into voluntary liquidation, but mysteriously still seem to be trading.

Ordered corporate clothing in September 2020, received some in December 2020 but missing were fleeces to the value of £400.00. Continued to chase to be told in January 2021 that the box was likely misplaced and an alternative style fleece could be offered as the one we originally picked wasn't available anymore. Agreed to this but by April 2021 still no fleeces, only emails apologising for the delay - then stopped getting replies all together. Useless company! Avoid!

We used Outstanding Branding for a series of branded products we used in a marketing campaign early in 2018. We were initially unsure of what type of merch to use, but after speaking to one of their advisors, were recommended some products we'd not thought of.

Printing quality was excellent and the delivery times great, so we're very happy with the whole process, and will be using them again later this year.

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE - AVOID - a month after agreed delivery date they confirmed our goods hadn't even gone into production yet and that it could take weeks or months to fulfil. After this they offered a laughable 10% discount and refused to budge on this, total timewasters.

Happy to take your money but never ordered the goods. Still haven't been refunded and have stopped taking our calls or responding to emails!
