Exceptional service and an unforgettable journey. Everything about this service went perfectly to plan and it was a relaxed and enjoyable trip. The flight was beautifully smooth and the view of the islands was incredible as we fly into St Mary's. Thank you Penzance Helicopters for making our holiday so special.

Well signed and on the main road this is easy to get to. Plenty of parking. Staff helpful & friendly. Worth knowing their biggest concern re electronics in the cargo is lithium batteries so expect to be asked to take them out of cameras etc. Easy to board. Fantastic views during the flight. Arrived quickly. Hold unloaded and taken to the cottage we are staying in with our luggage all in a timely fashion.

Loved this round trip experience from start to finish. Our trip to and from St Mary's was seamless, fast, safe and the team at Penzance Helicopters made it really enjoyable. We got lucky with the weather, as there were storms the day before our trip. But we had good visibility and our flights operated like clockwork, both ways. I will use this service the next time we visit, for sure!!

I would like to applaud the terrific service from Penzance Heliports.

From the minute we arrived with our two small beddy whippet dogs we were greeted with a smile. They explained what would happen with them on the helicopter, immediately calming the wife’s nerves (result).

You have to expect a little disruption on this type of service, weather is a major factor. So my advice watch the conditions and keep in touch. We needed to come home a day early due to a storm, we cancelled, rebooked with no fuss and no extra cost.

So ignore some of the misery guts reviews, it ain’t all bad.

Beautiful weather, left on time arrived on time. Very helpful staff who clearly took a pride in their work and wanted to help all they could. A great experience loved the views from 1500 feet!
