Called Johnny at Phantom Communications for an updated CCTV system as I wanted to view the cameras on my phone. He came out, surveyed the existing system, and told us he could use the existing cabling to save us money.

He returned a week later and installed everything in a day. The cameras are fantastic quality, and notify us in the evenings or when we are away.

I contacted Jonny as I was getting slow speeds from a wired connection upstairs, he came round the following day to have a look and tell me what he could do for me. He told me he could wire some better cable for me which he did and I have gone from 300mb speeds to just 1000mb speeds. He did the job the following week after the initial consultation, came on time, was tidy, cleaned up any mess made from the job and was very pleasant from start to finish. If you’re looking for someone to do any networking jobs or cctv Jonny and Phantom Communications are the ones to call! Cheers bud!

I initially had some concerns about the service, but I have to say the installer has gone above and beyond to help resolve the issues with my grandparents’ Wi-Fi booster. Although there was a mention of a £50 call-out fee, he was incredibly kind and offered to help me troubleshoot the issue over WhatsApp free of charge, which I really appreciated.

He’s also come out numerous times free of charge in the past when having issues, showing that he truly cares about his customers and their satisfaction. It’s rare to find someone so committed to providing excellent customer service these days. Thank you for your support and help!

Had a fantastic CCTV installation at my home on Anglesey carried out by phantom communications. We had 3 outside cameras, all have built in sirens and lights to keep intruders away. Really pleased with how everything works. A really professional service thankyou phantom communications.
