I've had the pleasure of knowing Col for a number of years. When it comes to design, Col is *the* man. He has an amazing eye for detail that helps make the designs he creates true assets for the organisations he works with.

Col has worked with my own business for some time. He is patient, professional, talented and a lot of fun to work with too! It's fair to say that before Col came along, I didn't truly understand the value of good branding and design for a business. Col helped change that viewpoint.

I can't underestimate Col's impact on me personally and my business as a whole. I have watched with admiration (and learned a great deal!) as Col has grown his own business, and well beyond the graphic design he specialises in, Col is a real go-giver. I've know Col for a number of years previous to my current fitness business. I used to run gig nights and as such was always aware of the local event posters spread across the city. The posters for Carbon night club which Col designed always caught my eye and I was always impressed with them. Because of this he stuck in my head when I needed a logo created for my personal training business.

Col listened to my ideas and during our consultations would happily pull out a sketch pad and put pencil to paper right there in front of me. He took the best of these ideas away and refined them further until our next meeting where I picked out colours and preferred layouts. I felt very much included in the entire design process. Everything was well presented, with some fantastic mock ups to really bring the project to life. I'm glad I remembered those posters from days past and made the move to approach Col. I don't think I could picture any other branding for my business now. Fantastic from start to finish.

I met Col over 3 years ago now. It was a networking thing but that wasn't why I chose to make contact about my out of date website and dire need for a logo/branding. I chose Col because he is genuinely the nicest person I've ever met in business. He listens to what you need/want/desire, he understands frustrations and irritations about why you've not done it already or what's in your way to get your image sorted. Col is the fixer - Go look at my website see how much it speaks to you through the design and authenticity... It says; we make the best sheds in Scotland. Col does that, he designs you and your business with as little as a "you know what I mean" to go on. Do it yourself, do it on the cheap or do it right, that's up to you - Me? I met Col through a bussiness group, by chance I was looking at getting a website and a new image. I had no idea really where to start. Col took me through the process where he got to know myself and the salon. He took this and turned it into what I can only say is an amazing logo, but that's not all, our whole salon has now been designed around this, it has given us a focus and a brand to be proud of. My firm is working through the branding process with Pixels Ink and I've been just blown away by the thought, the intentions behind every effort, and the patience as we're going through the branding process together. Being creative is never black and white, but Pixels Ink has helped educate us along the way so that we are informed through the evolution of our branding and logo design.
