Awesome agency for driver work and rate of pay is amazing. Callum who deals with me in Wrexham is exceptional at his job and he always on the end of the phone whenever I need work. He has got me all my driver jobs since becoming a driver.

I was made redundant a couple of years back, before joining up with proactive I had used a few other local agencies and nothing compares. I've been in direct contact with Tom and Izzy who have both been excellent and professional, I see both their names mentioned a lot in the reviews so it would be wise that proactive look after these two employees.
Anyway I have been lucky enough to get a full time job through joining the agency and I'm very thankful for what they have done.

100% would recommend.
I have worked with proactive for both temporary work and to provide temporary staffing for companies I have worked for. Their staff are helpful and have always endeavoured to provide the best service/keep the workers on the books in constant work.

Do not be mislead by any of the bad reviews, of all the agencies I could use, Proactive is the ONLY one I will use.

Only place I'll use after using many others who are typical agency full of false promises! Not proactive, always had a good response, fast at finding work even at short notice, plenty of variety to suit, always happy to fit around me and the hours/days I needed. Been fantastic for me when I wanted flexible work or full time hours, best rates around and no being messed around!

Worked through these for a short period of time where they found me some work at a local linen company dropping off linen. I was enjoying the work, however as going through a difficult time. I had 2 family bereavements in 3 weeks which I was then deemed unreliable…
I was called up ON the day of the second funeral (just as I was pulling up at the crematorium) to be told my contract has been terminated - talk about timing!!
My personal advice is to avoid this agency they do not care about their staff it’s all about the commission
