I contacted ProMax Shine after another solar meshing firm refused the job after waiting 6 weeks. My property was abandoned for many years so the pigeon problem was certainly a problem. I spoke to the lovely Katie who detailed the procedure they'd follow and also explained they've never had to lift a panel or turn away a customer. Armed with this information I took on the services of ProMax Shine.

The ProMax team didn't have me waiting more then a few weeks before getting onto site. All personnel were friendly and were more then happy to help me with my problem. They got to work scaring the pigeons out of the array and cleaning the years of pigeon waste out of the gutter. They then cleared out the nesting material from under the panel and cleaned it appropriately. The netting soon went up to my delight and the black mesh is truly invisible. They gave the panels a really good clean, which mine definitely haven't been done since they installed them.

I also had the firm clear the moss of the rear facing roof and clean for windows, which they did an amazing job removing the years of grime of them

They left the area spotless and all of the debri was removed from my property. I'm impressed with the services that ProMax Shine offered they really came through with their promises! Although the pigeons are not as pleased with their new living conditions 😂

We highly recommend this business. - We needed our roof cleaned due to a large build up of moss and dirt and after reading the favorable reviews about ProMax Shine we decided to contact them for a quote, so very glad that we did. Knowing that we were keen to get the work undertaken as soon as possible, Katie came back to us with a quote the same day. The quote gave us various options to choose from and was detailed and comprehensive regarding the work that would be carried out We were given a number of dates for the roof to be cleaned so that we could pick the most convenient to us. Katie also messaged us the day before to confirm what time to expect ProMax Shine and sure enough they were there at that time. The roof was cleaned thoroughly and professionally and all debris and moss taken away and we are so pleased with the end result. All in all an excellent service from start to finish. Matt and the team are excellent at what they do. They scrapped our roof tiles, applied a sealant and cleared all gutters and drainpipes. Very polite, good price compared to others and on time. Would certainly recommend and will be using them again ourselves.

Matt provided a detailed quotation after explaining all aspects of the work involved.
Thoroughly professional in approach and took care to ensure that the severe Winter weather didn't cause problems.
We chose the full service of a manual scrape of moss etc and then a steam clean.
It was necessary to delay applying the Biocide for a few days whilst awaiting a dry period to make sure it wasn't washed away.
We now have a house roof that looks brand new and not over 40 years old.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of ProMax Shine

We needed our roof clearing of pigeons and their mess, and netting fitting to prevent their return. Googled for a few companies and came across Promax Shine so asked for a quote. The price was pretty much what we expected but it was clear from the quote the Promax were a professional outfit as they detailed exactly what work would be carried out and we're also able to provide a statement of works to satisfy the third party who own our panels.
The first scheduled day was cancelled due to bad weather but they quickly rearranged for a day later. Matt worked diligently for several hours late in the afternoon and came back early the following morning to finish off. He was very polite and professional and did a fantastic job. The pigeons are now kept out, the panels cleaned above and below, and the gutter fully cleaned out. He also identified a fault in our guttering which I was able to address after he left.
If you have solar panels and a pigeon problem then I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Promax Shine.

It’s a pleasure to write a short review for Promax shine. I’ve never done it but was so impressed with firstly the level of service from calling and booking a time for my rooftop be cleaned. Responsive and fast. The professionals who came and did the work clearly took a great pride in the work they do and worked exceptionally hard to clean what was a really messy roof…. Covered in moss with a few broken tiles. I now have what looks to be a brand new roof and no broken tiles. All of my gutters soffits and fascia’s and the garage door were thoroughly cleaned. I wholeheartedly recommend using Promax shine.
