I rang the Agency yesterday after being told to do so by my GP and Child Health. I explained my query to the woman receptionist, but she had no interest in listening to me and kept speaking over me. She then tried to give me the number of Child Health, who I had already explained to her, sent me to PHA. As I told her this, she interrupted me angrily and again tried to tell me to call Child Health. When I said "I'm sorry, but you're not listening to me" she snapped at me. I asked for her name for my records and she immediately put me on hold. After a wait, her colleague answered but could not tell me who I was speaking with. I rang back today as I hadn't received a response, but now nobody is answering (I've called more than 10 times).

Was put through to someone that the nice girl on reception said would be able to help me with my questions when I got through they would not answer any questions I had and then hung up on me, no help whatsoever, I was told because I'm not in the health profession or within a school roll they would not speak to me, I can't believe the way workers in the public health agency just treated a member of the public this place is a joke no help whatsoever

An absolute joke rang over 10 times each time taking at least 4min. Then someone did answer couldn't make out what they were saying because of background noise then they hung up!!!

I phoned about a public health matter, the person who answered the phone was arrogant extremely unhelpful and slammed down the phone when I rung again they would not answer, a very poor service
