Recently asked Red Rag Marketing for help as my business account was restricted on Facebook and I couldn't run ads. They jumped on a call with me and fixed the issue. Hi Red Rag, RE FACEBOOK ACCESS
We contacted you a few days regarding non access to our facebook adds account which you ran in 2021, you said Christian who ran the account for us is no longer with you, but not to worry as your still on good terms.
You advised situtaion will be resolved shortly.
We have since tried to call you as havnt had any reply, but the phone not being picked up is there a problem...the next stage is for us to contact facebook direct and try to resolve there end, this is now getting very frustrating as we cannot gain access and run any adds due to you holding the access details,
