Iconic riverside development with fantastic views of the castle, Cathedral and Fort. Feels very chic with docklands warehouse style accomodation but buildings are brand new and very highly specced out.

An awful car park. Poorly signed from the road. Gets full at busy times but you won’t know that until you reach the top floor where everyone ahead of you is turning around in frustration. It’s a pay and display, which is bizarre for a multi-storey. Worst of all it has very aggressive speed bumps across the whole floor, even across spaces, making driving through it a complete misery.

When you leave on foot the route to the station and the rest of Rochester is incoherent and unfriendly for pedestrians. When you leave the queue is huge because the lights can’t cope with all the traffic now coming from that side of the bridge.

It’s relatively cheap. Other than that, it’s a complete disaster.

Not well thought out. Got parking spaces which include speed bumps? And they're the disabled spaces! Got right to the top and struggled to turn around and come all the way back down. Not designed for busy times. Also didn't see any mother and baby spaces. Definitely need a screen to show number of spaces. Just wasted 20 mins.

Poor layout of all the houses at Rochester Riverside. All terraced, no detached, just squeezed in to maximise profits. Take a look at Redrow developments. Should be a mix of house types - detached, semi, terraced & flats not the same endless row of narrow ugly houses. How do owners locate their own on the street? Awful design.

Theres always been a space when I’ve visited. The ticket machine takes money and card payments. It’s £6 for 5+ hours (which isn’t even allowed in the car park at the front of the station. There’s a small path/tunnel from the car park to Rochester station.

The speed bumps are a nightmare and so unnecessary. Add an extra 5 mins to your journey to accommodate them! Especially if you get stuck behind a nervous driver.
You have to drive right out of the way now too to get in the entrance. And the inspector will give you a ticket if you're even 10 mins over (happened twice (stupid me).
