Excellent until the first lockdown in 2020, when they suddenly left everyone in the lurch. Now very unreliable and a constant source of worry.
Much improved of late, so now a useful service.

Initially I went in on Saturday and the Saturday girls we’re polite, professional and helpful however when I collected on Monday I came home to find my clothes smelt of damp and only some were ironed, my wife phoned them and explained the situation they accused her of lying and became very abusive over the phone so my wife asked to speak to the owner who again was abusive!

It took a threat of civil court to get them to agree to a partial refund, they offered £10 and only gave £6.30, I don’t know where we are going to go from here but just be warned they are not nice to deal with when something goes wrong

My child heard the two ladies shouting on the phone at my wife...

A tiny shop and used just twice so far; very friendly staff, good service but couldn't manage the largest duvet - it was a rare size - but will certainly use again.
