Having Adam as a coach has literally transformed my approach and attitude to business. From the first training day I went on (Business without Being a Bellend) to the regular quarterly Strategic Planning, I have gained new knowledge to support my sales, marketing, processes, and also my personal well-being. Adam has a brilliant way of focusing on the people, the values and the uniqueness of every business. He creates room for you to bring your fears and your worst self, then swiftly guides you back to thinking of your best self. I had been feeling stuck in my own head about my business, so when I came across the one day online strategy workshop Sales Academy had, I thought I’d try it. Adam, with all his knowledge (and humour!) just brings out the best in people and after that day I didn’t hesitate to join the monthly membership with them and it’s opened the doorway to work on my business again, step by step, and feel good about it!
The two coaching calls per month with Adam have made such a positive impact, personally and professionally - I feel heard and there’s always something I never expect to come out of the calls! I’ve realised it’s ok and important to get guidance, support and help with my business journey.

Do you ever have a day where you know you delivered? You know you smashed it? You feel great because everything felt like it came together after moulding and shaping what you offer for some time?

On those days, do you stop and reflect about how that come about?

Today has been one of those days! I’ve just driven the 2hr drive home from a brand new client, knowing I delivered and feeling really proud, but also really humble.

I get to do the thing I love, because Adam, Wendy and the SA tribe have helped support me to build something I am proud of, something I am passionate about and something I strive to get better at every time I step into a new arena.

They were there in it’s infancy, inspired it’s growth, continue to challenge it’s evolution and champion every step I take.

I get to love doing what I do because their enthusiasm and passion for what THEY do is highly infectious.
