I cannot recommend Stephen highly enough. He was super efficient in all communications. Returned all my calls almost immediately.. answered all my stupid questions with infinite patience. He fixed the issue I had and I was confident even before I met him that he knew what he was talking about. On top of all that he’s a lovely chap!!

I struggled to update the operating system on my PC and having pulled the last of my hair out, contacted Stephen who talked me through the process. Unfortunately something on my PC was preventing me from updating the system and so I dropped it round to Stephen. He started work on it straight away and kept in touch during the process, with options for the configurations, calling me later in the day to say it was ready. Stephen carefully talked me through the new start up process, and I had it back home and running perfectly the same day. The cost was far less than expected, despite this all happening on a Sunday. Amazing service and he’s a really nice bloke as well!

What a brilliant guy. So friendly and 'normal'. IT guys can seem to be on a different planet but Stephen is Old Skool and makes it so easy to understand for old non IT guys like me. He didn't try to use a sledgehammer to crack a walnut and because he has so much experience, he followed the routine he knows to get me to an answer quickly so that I could make an informed decision without the cost outweighing the benefit. Very highly recommended. I know where to go in future. And the laptop is now fixed!!! Amazing!

I was struggling with an old laptop and enquired if Stephen could fix it - he replied within the hour and solved the problem the same evening. I subsequently bought a new laptop which he set up for me the same day. He was very professional, and extremely helpful.

I can’t tell you what a relief it was to finally
Find Stephen who was so efficient polite knowledgeable and didn’t quite laugh at my
Total lack of tech skills. Finally my printer speaks to my lap top! It wasn’t straight forward
Others may have given up. He also pointed out a simple email error which seemed to have blocked my joining things.
I would highly recommend to anyone. He was also very modest in his pricing. We are so lucky to have him locally in Axminster. Thank you Stephen.

If you have any ‘IT’ problems, or if you need things set up/sorted out, call Stephen, he’s the best. He’s reliable, knows his stuff, and just easy to speak to and be with. The service provided is speedy, done where you want it done, and at a really good price.
Now we’ve found him, we wouldn’t use anyone else.
