Not good can’t speak too anyone in the shop referred to customer services ten minutes to get answered not too pleased like the advert says should have gone to specsavers two weeks still waiting for glasses

I would just like to thank Jeanette and her staff very much indeed for their excellent service. She went above and beyond to ensure I had an emergency supply of contact lenses posted out before I went away on holiday. I took my 5yr old great granddaughter for her first eye test and she was very anxious, the young man was brilliant he chatted to her didn't rush her, gave her time to see what he was doing. By the time she left she was back to her usual happy self. Well worth taking your child to this place.
