I very rarely leave a bad review but in my personal experience the company that is called SAM, that is Sensory Dimensions or linked to them hasn't paid me with vouchers (2 x £15) for the last two Market Researchs'. I took part in the trials as I'm struggling financially and wanted to buy gifts with the vouchers.

I've phoned up to be told they'll look into it to no avail, no update or even response. I've emailed various different emails within the company in the hope someone does something to no avail also.

I sent the below email and still nothing:

Good Morning

I have emailed before about not receiving vouchers and did not receive a holding email or any acknowledgement of said emails to say you were looking into it.

I have outstanding vouchers for:

*19th October 2024 (milk chocolate cookies home test)

* 18th November 2024 Savory snacks

That I haven't received.

Please:

1) Acknowledge this e-mail
2) look into why I haven't received said vouchers.

I feel rather foolish as I recommend you guys to my staff who were looking for extra work.

I don't mean any disrespect, but I'm very disappointed with how this has been handled, I'm pursuing my vouchers out of principle and will delete my profile as well as suggesting my staff do the same once I receive them.

I've contacted MRS (MRS is the professional body for market research practitioners) and they said that they aren't members. They've recommended Trading Standards.

It's a shame really as I did let all my staff know about this company intially so they could earn abit of extra money via vouchers. The actual physical site in Nottingham is very clean, welcoming and the staff are lovely.

I won't be invited to anymore after this review. But people need to know, so they don't feel like they have been scammed, like I do.

Great place to contribute some research to. Staff are always friendly. It's just an absolute nightmare to park when they've got lots of studies on. So I'd recommend leaving with good time to spare.

Only problem i found was no area to lock a bike up, managed in end. possible step at front door may restrict disabled access. Enquire if assistance needed. Other than that a fantastic place and great surveys and the staff are pleasant there

Yes very clean, safe and perfectly organised testing facility. All staff were helpful and explained the tasks extremely well. Recommend them.
