Fantastic design however ….

I absolutely love the design of my work van. Chris and his team brought my vision to life and really worked with my ideas.
They offered great advice with colour selection and design layout & managed to get me in for my initial van wrapping fairly quickly in April.
However, it wasn’t until a couple of days after that we realised that the wrapping of the van wasn’t finished to a high standard.
There was bubbling and the doors weren’t covered fully in the vinyl.

Forward to a few months later and many messages left unanswered, I managed to get the van re booked in for a re wrap on the back doors for the 30 August.
Sad to say it wasn’t much better this time round. When we arrived to collect, the edges had already started to bubble, minor pinprick holes in the vinyl which once water has got into would only get worse & the creases around the frame work.
When we mentioned these issues to Chris, he said that the creases are a knock on effect of trying to keep the vinyl in place & that the paintwork underneath is causing the bubbling… yet when we approached another company they said that the creases and bubbling is due to poor workmanship.

It’s a real shame that the van was handed back to me in this condition for the second time. As a self employed worker with my own business, I pride myself on high quality finishes which this was not.
After going back and forth & a lot of waiting around I managed to get a partial refund for the back doors which I will have put towards a re wrapping from a different company.
Throughout the contact and towards the end, Chris and his team were difficult to get hold of resulting me in having to call from different phones so I could speak with him and ask about progress.
To summarise, the sign writing & design on my van is great but as for the wrapping, it’s not a professional grade finish so would suggest going elsewhere if that’s what you are after. Unfortunately I won’t be recommending him to any one that needs a similar service.

Great job by signature signs. I contacted them to add sign writing to one of our vans and they did a fantastic job. Noting was too much trouble. Very honest and reliable company. The work was completed in a timely manner and I was really pleased with the outcome. I will definitely be using Signature signs again and would highly recommend them.

Did an amazing job on our new company car, it’s everything I had envisioned in my head and more from when I first described the concept to Chris. Very quick and professional service, after the designs were completed we managed to get the whole thing done within a week. Very pleased.

I also got the chance to look in the workshop and see some of the signs he was making, and I cannot compliment them enough. All very good, and very high quality, we will definitely be coming back in the future.

Signature signs was Highley recommended by a Facebook freind, that also did his van.
I dropped them a message and they was very quick on responding, I explained what I wanted done and sent them the design and there team designed me my perfect sign writing for the vans.

I am not very good at designing stuff so it was a very good thing for me not having to worry about putting it together.

I've also had my cousins photo put on my vans in memory of him and they also did a fantastic job designing the photo and letters ( looks perfect )

They was nice guys at the work shop and did a cracking job - 10*s I have nothing bad to say or anything I'd done differently it was a pleasure 🙏 will definitely recommend to anyone that needs there signs doing cheers guys

We used Signature Signs to erect a new outdoor road sign on our premises. The process was very straight forward and the guys that come to install were very professional. I would recommend to anyone!

Probably the most horrific experience I’ve ever experienced in 30yrs of trading…it started off well but rapidly declined when my van can back with bubbles all over it, after a list of changing accuse’s, Chris did it again and it came back even worse. We agreed to call it a day but getting my money back was a right ordeal leading to court action application. Never would I ever recommend Chris for any work he carries out.. I think this guy has a lot to learn in business and customer relations is key for communication with customers….
