Tracy provided an excellent initial brief of what was required to support her client's SEO and digital marketing goals. We continued to refine the plan together; it always helps when you work with someone (Tracy) who understands branding and customer messaging when planning a shoot!

This resulted in a complete and comprehensive shoot plan, making it easy on the shoot day. My point is that Tracy knows her stuff in SEO and marketing and takes the time to understand her client’s brand and marketing needs, which in turn helps me create content with purpose.

Sixteen years ago on a recommendation, I contacted Richard (prefers Rich) with respect to creating a website. Using a template, I could cope with basic design and copywriting but there’s an impenetrable substructure to these things that was way too deep for me and I needed help. And so, over a period of roughly 10 years, with the minimum fuss and in double quick time, Rich effortlessly came to the rescue and kept my web presence alive. Those days were somewhat informal and I owe him a great debt for the help I received.
More recently, Rich, accompanied now by Tracy (prefers Trace) under the banner of Smart Digital Solutions, suggested a plan to improve our Google search ranking because we were languishing on page seven at best. In view of our past association and Rich’s proven ability I readily agreed to his proposals. For a relatively small slimming clinic, finding ourselves down the rankings wasn’t unexpected because there’s a great deal of competition. Unfortunately, circumstances become self-fulfilling when the chances of turning up on someone’s internet search are so small.
The changes introduced involved tweaking things behind the scenes, setting up social media accounts and ensuring topical entries were uploaded on a regular basis. Everything works in tandem. I believe it’s an arms race to stay ahead of a search engine’s algorithms and so there’s no respite.
Almost immediately, the improvement to our fortunes were truly amazing and we soon climbed to the top of the rankings and stayed there. Turnover increased nearly three fold over a period of six years before our retirement at the end of 2022.
Honesty, integrity, ability, professionalism shine through yet occasional situations where we need to liaise are always relaxed and friendly. There are valuable long term benefits to the building of a personal rapport with specific personnel.
Costing little more than the price I used to pay for local black and white newspaper ads, the service is outstanding and for most of the time everything runs smoothly without much involvement on my part. Engage SDS or stay small. I simply cannot recommend them enough!
