Social firefly and Mel in particular have been a fantastic support to the ea consultancy over the last few months as we develop our social media presence.

Mel’s warm, informative approach was tailored specifically for our needs and helped us to build our understanding and confidence around navigating LinkedIn and Instagram and how to best use this for our business.

A big thank you from us both for your patience and generosity in guiding us through this process- we couldn’t have done it without you!

In appreciation,

Jess and Razia Co-Directors the ea consultancy

We've had a fabulous experience working with Social Firefly on our events this year. Their hard work and attention to detail has meant we've had some of our best audience numbers for a long time, with several events sold out. It's been a real pleasure to work with Mel, James, Katie and team.

Mel & James have been a total joy to work with! Clearly both very knowledgeable in their field, were able to answer all and any questions we had and really helped us take a step back from our work to develop a social media plan to move forward with. Additionally, provided a really insightful session on using analytics which was invaluable and very user-friendly. They both tailored the sessions to our existing knowledge and understanding of social media and analytics and gave us LOADS of great info, suggestions and guidance on how to continue to develop our online presence. Would recommend!

Social Firefly, particularly James Armstrong has been fantastic throughout the time we've been working together. James is always quick to respond to emails and is a brilliant trainer and his guidance has been extremely helpful. James has a lovely nature and really knows his stuff about Facebook Ads. I highly recommend him.

I needed to sort out some issues we had with our business manager account. James at Social Firefly was recommended in a facebook group I'm in, so I sent a message across.

He was brilliant and helped sort the issues and was of great support when I started using it and was struggling to get my head round it all (I'd never used it before).

What I really liked as well is how he guided me through things, so that I also understood it a bit more for the future. We would have really struggled to get where we are today if it wasnt for James. Thank you 🙂
