I highly recommend Spark. They have provided a strategy and direction for my google shopping campaigns and a lot more. It's quite a task making proper first steps in to online retailing alongside a bricks and mortar store and plenty of holes you can drop down. Spark have been there to inform me and steer campaigns that are increasingly profitable. The team are professional and very friendly too.

We highly recommend this business. We have been dealing with Spark for 19 years now and their customer service is second to none, friendly and professional. The website they produce is easy to use and we have had many compliments regarding this. Over the years we have had many alterations to the website and it’s always been dealt with efficiently. They are always on the end of a phone if there are any issues and these are dealt with swiftly. They look after our Google and Facebook advertising and understand what is required. Originally we looked at using a local company (which they are to us) however in this day and age this isn’t needed when it comes to online retail specialists. The prices they charge are fair and over the years we have been approached by many other companies but they just do not offer what Spark does for us.

Definitely recommend. Been using them to host our e-commerce website for a few years now. Excellent UK based customer service, any question answered quickly with either help to do it your self or a solution done by them, whichever you chose. Easy to use back office which is a plus if you just want the basics. No down time of our site, so no loss of sales, in the time we have been with them.

A very helpful and easy company to work with. The website and the maintenance has been very good. The sales reporting is currently not quite as flexible as I would like, which I will raise with them soon. However, they also helped us out with an integrated till system. My main compliment is; If you raise an issue with them it is dealt with quickly and professionally.
