It's a business park at the far end of Seaham. It has no public transport links. It has great views across the North Sea and some nice rugged walks. Large free car park. There is no canteen on site.

Beautiful little gem. Lucky to have found it. Such friendly people. A couple I had only just met offering tea, cold drink, before I set of to my next destination in what could only be described one of the hottest day in the UK. I also met a sealine called fred. (Please don't disrupt the wildlife and take your litter with you.) Fred had one of his legs caught with plastic wire and a cola bottle. But luckily I had a sharp enough tool to set him free. Take care brother.
