Twice sold a list of leads based upon the same premise: a competitor had requested data, didn't pay for it, and therefore Spike Associates were willing to sell for a great deal. Despite assurances this was double-opt in data, with genuinely interested subscribers, I received zero leads. This including giving (and paying) Spike Associates to follow up with the second list purchased themselves.
