Amazing company, Abi and Martin have been fantastic in their support for Age UK Norwich. Creating the falls prevention video with them has been a highlight of the year, as well as their support on reports and their fundraising efforts. Really an advert in how charity partnerships can work so well for both parities.

If you're considering using Sponge as an agency or if you're considering working for them as a contractor I'd find literally any other agency.

Sponge contracted my mother to work on their behalf, agreeing a day rate before the work commenced. My mother worked 5 days at a rate of £300 a day. Sponge then reached out after my mother has completed her work and said the project had been pulled and have ever since refused to pay her, ignoring her requests.

What makes this worse - my mother is terminally ill with cancer. There is email proof they are fully aware of this. They offered to pay for one days work, which quite rightly my mother has declined and has fought for the last 6 months to receive the fee, with multiple emails ignored.

Absolute disgrace. Untrustworthy company that do not stick to their word. Avoid at all costs.
