In order to build any website, the owner of the site must first have a good plan as to what they want. web designers/builders are not magicians, or soothsayers. secondly, you need a company that really listens to what is required. thirdly you need excellent communication. i found James at Squarehost to have everything required in abundance. and of course, along the process of building a site, problems and issues occur. those issues were reported and resolved in a timely manner. i am very happy with the end result. my website went live a week ago. i would recommend this company without hesitation. really nice people too, which always helps. there is just something about a small organisation that you don't get with a large corporation. the personal touch
