Been waiting over 2 months for a spelling error to be rectified, lots of promises of sorting it and nothing - very very frustrating.

Edited - no quote for rectifying the issue has been sent, i understand the error was in the art work (but not supplying proof reading seems a little ridiculous for sign writing) but i've been asking and offering to pay for it to be rectified since May with replies of 'i'll pop down' and then nothing?!!
