I have been using this shoe repairer for more than 7 years. He has never failed to repair my shoes. From heavy welted men's leather to finer woman's courts. His prices are reasonable and he has been able to rescue shoes that other repairers declined.

He also cuts keys and codes car remotes.

Very happy with price and service. Took some Birkenstocks that were passed their best and by some miracle he was able to completely resolve them. Now I have my comfy sandals for at least another 3/4 years.

Needed a second car key. VW wanted totally stupid money. Admittedly, I bought a case with blade from ebay, but this wasn't an issue as it has been with all other key cutters that I thought I knew about. (sorry, I had forgotten about here) I popped in for a different reason, but just asked about my car key. In less than an hour, I had my second key that works perfectly and has saved me a fortune. Can't praise here enough. Great service and I won't use anywhere else. Oh, I will be going back for the 'different reason', which is a new buckle on an old belt.

Sorry to go against the tide, but I had 4 goes at trying to get a key copied , succeeded with a few others, also one mortice key poorly copied . It became embarrassing to keep going back , never once offered money back. Whilst it was only a few pounds it involved me in so much wasted time . I gave up in the end as impression given was that it was somehow me at fault.
