I can’t say that it was a good service provided by Stickers & That as it was an absolute FANTASTIC service provided by them.

I needed this turned around very quickly and they didn't disappoint.

Have used the company in the early days when they had the staff to deal with the orders.
Ultimately as they have grown the customer service side has dropped.
From initial contact (I wanted some custom labels to add onto an order I could have ordered via the website) and to delivery it’s taken pretty much 5 weeks!!
Emails are so irritating as it’s 24-36 hours for a response even if you have replied instantly to an email.
Every time the designer sent something over something on the design changed or went missing.
I wished I had gone elsewhere now but when you are 2 weeks in you are somewhat committed otherwise you have to start the process all over again with someone else.
Staff you speak to are great but it seems the directors are penny pinching by not employing enough of them
Here’s a mistake on 50 folders I ordered. Logo has been tampered with an ‘IN’ has been added at the top left

In today’s society you very rarely get 5 star service but that’s exactly what I got from Stickers and That. Full communication throughout the ordering process from initial contact, to design and then delivery.
Perfect!
The company were recommended to me and I’ll certainly be recommending them to others.

We have used Stickers and That for a few years now and will continue to do so! Every product we’ve had from them, whether it be uniform, kneeling pads, work mats, stickers, has always been great quality! Tom and the team are always happy to help and will advise you on design ideas etc if you need any!

Ordered custom oval sticker's. They are absolutely perfect. The team are very helpful and friendly also. Very useful QR code to order same things again. Most certainly would recommend and will be making another order soon!
