Tasked swift to distribute 5000 leaflets. Initial communication was great and pricing was reasonable. However, the leaflets ended up being delivered 2 weeks late (without communication) and 10 miles from the intended postcode - (evidenced from customers calling me from the unintended location and referencing the flyer). Its impossible for me to service this area and so my 5000 leaflets are essentially wasted.

I Explained the situation to Jason and I expected an apology and a resolution but he took no responsibility, shifted all the blame and offered no solution. Wont be using swift again and don’t recommend.

I've used swift for 3 years now and wouldn't use another leaflet company. All distributions have been great with no problems and Jason and John are always really helpful with finding me the best areas to cover. They always come and collect my leaflets from my house which is a bonus and the delivery driver is really nice too!

Avoid this company. Arranged for a 10,000 leaflet drop on 11th of November for w/c 9th of December.

They were suppose to collect leaflets today and have turned around and said they can’t do NE27 0 as its already done.

No phone call or measage to inform me they couldn’t do it until I contacted them.

Offered me a discount to do leaflets in other areas which are miles away from my buisness. No use to me!

Im a small business and this is how they treat us!

Cannot get another company to do as it is too near to Christmas! Cost me £400 to do these leaflets!

I would avoid dealing with this company.
