As someone who is easily baffled by technology, I knew that a website build was going to be a struggle. I had a few ideas about what I wanted, however no idea how bring them to life.

From my initial conversation with Dave, I knew that I was in safe hands....from the start of the process, to the hand over at the end. No questions from me were too daft and no ideas too impossible. They set up regular meetings to update me throughout and make sure everything was heading in the right direction with the site.

Ryan is able to explain issues clearly, taking his time, without using tech jargon and also thinks ahead to next steps, anticipating what I will need to do and what I need to know when dealing with other parties in the process.
