Techscend fixed a small but very urgent issue with my Shopify website on a Sunday! Fast turn around, reasonably priced and made it clear what he did. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend and I'll be back for help with other projects in the future.

Techscend is THE best IT company I have ever dealt with!

Thomas helped me with some long running IT issues I had had and cleaned up my computer so that it ran faster.

He was professional, helpful, personable and really knowledgeable about what he does.

He answered all of my questions in a simple way that a non techy person could understand.

When you give someone access to your IT, which is everything to a small business, there is always that worry in the back of your mind that they will screw your system up, but these fears were unfounded with Thomas as he was thoroughly trustworthy and honest about what he was doing at all times. Just what you need when you are getting IT work done.

Thomas has been nothing but amazing in supporting me with sorting out my storage needs. He knew what the best solution for me was, which was to build a NAS. He then organised ordering all of the parts and built it for me before shipping it over. Since then he has been given brilliant support in setting me up on it and making sure I am happy with how it all works. I have asked Techscend for tech help a couple of times. Both times, they have gone above and beyond. The last time saw them stepping onto a train in England and stepping off in Scotland, braving the weather and locals north of the wall. When you ask them to help, they will not only help; they will fix your problem, build you a beautiful PC, or sort out your email settings to stop your marketing ones from going into the spam folder. I can not recommend Techsend enough!

When there are people like Thomas around, you know you're in the safe zone. In an attempt to finally move on from my stagnant website of two years, I hit the delete button and unwittingly pulled the plug on my business' Google Mail accounts. My inbox went eerily silent and I was in trouble.

Thankfully, I was connected with Thomas, who came to my rescue. Thomas spent over two hours working diligently to resurrect my email setup, ensuring that I could get back to business by Monday. He even went above and beyond by setting up new records, making necessary amendments, and doing a full email health check—all out of sheer kindness (!!!)

Without Thomas, my Monday would have been a disaster. Instead, I was back on track, incredibly grateful for his services. I can't recommend him enough to anyone in need of IT support.
