Thomas helped me with some long running IT issues I had had and cleaned up my computer so that it ran faster.

I have asked Techscend for tech help a couple of times. Both times, they have gone above and beyond. The last time saw them stepping onto a train in England and stepping off in Scotland, braving the weather and locals north of the wall. When you ask them to help, they will not only help; they will fix your problem, build you a beautiful PC, or sort out your email settings to stop your marketing ones from going into the spam folder. When there are people like Thomas around, you know you're in the safe zone. In an attempt to finally move on from my stagnant website of two years, I hit the delete button and unwittingly pulled the plug on my business' Google Mail accounts. My inbox went eerily silent and I was in trouble.
