I received my order very quickly and really nicely packaged. Unfortunately the size I ordered was too small. I arranged a return and exchange for a bigger size. The returns process was easy to arrange and I received a prompt response. Due to my error I hadn't put the returns label in for the 2nd tee shirt. They were prompt to reply and bumped my return up to 1st class which they didn't need to do as it had been my fault. Excellent service. I would recommend to others and the quality of goods was also very good. Thank you

Great customer service!
I ordered a tee for my partner, having left things to the last minute. Due to an incident with an excited springer spaniel jumping on my lap, I ended up checking out too quickly.
I contacted them and Lydia came back early the next morning having immediately resolved the issue without quibble.
Can't wait to receive the package and will be buying again.

I ordered a T shirt for my son very near to Christmas so knew delivery could not be guaranteed. I decided to contact them to pay for a quicker service.
I received a lovely email from Isobel stating that they had upgraded the delivery type free of charge.
The T shirt arrived Christmas Eve so I was very happy.
The Teemill customer service was exceptional and I would highly recommend their products.
