Textplode has become an essential part of our marketing campaigns.

From the first time we used Textplode, we noticed a significant increase in the open rate and click through rate compared to standard emails.

The system is straight forward and easy to use, from the message templates that can be created, importing contacts, scheduling the time of the campaign, and buying credits. The fact there are no set up fees or contracts is another advantage, we only pay for what we use.

At Belvoir Stoke, we use text messaging to confirm viewings and to handle day to day lettings and sales enquiries. When I bought the business, the staff were using a platform called Mobivate. The user interface was old and it wasn’t obvious if texts had failed to send. That sometimes resulted in customers not confirming appointments or missing them all together.

Having met Ben Harrison and trialled his Textplode platform, I find that it is a breath of fresh air! The website is modern and user friendly. It shows you how a message would look to the recipient. It states very clearly how much credit you will use per message. It has graphics that tell you instantly if the text message has been received. We can buy bundles of credit as and when we need and we find the pricing to be very competitive. This has tightened up our communications with our customers.
