One of the first things I considered when setting up my health coaching business was getting a website in place. I had an attempt at designing one myself (by that I mean a templated home page and contact page) but it soon became clear I needed professional input. Especially if I wanted it to truly represent my business and brand (which i will be honest, I hadn’t really nailed at this stage).

I got in touch with Gemma (kindly recommended to me by a friend and fellow female entrepreneur). I initially booked in for the website audit which was really useful. Gemma gave me lots of constructive feedback and advice on how to improve my current website. However, after looking at other websites Gemma and her team had produced, my basic little one page just wasn’t going to cut it. I wanted the full works so I booked myself in for the ‘Brimful of Branding’ package.

I am thrilled with the website that has been created for me and the whole process from start to finish was managed so smoothly. The project was managed on one platform to avoid lots of emails which was great and it was clear to see the development of each stage. Gemma really helped me to fine hone my brand and tone of voice and although there was a lot of prep work, I was guided through it step by step. Everything from the brand colours, fonts, icons and designs completely align with the vision I had in my mind and that is all down to Gemma taking the time to get to know me and my business aspirations and goals.

Gemma is an absolute pleasure to work with. Super knowledgeable, professional, friendly and just mega helpful. Really thoughtful too...sending me flowers to congratulate me on my launch day!

Before I came across That's Her Business, I had a website which okay-ish, but was, frankly, a bit dull. I didn't know anything about SEO or anything much tech-related really. Earlier this year I decided to go completely all-in with my singing teaching business, having freelanced in various schools for years.

I've been having business coaching and l knew I needed a website that would generate leads, be easy to navigate, make people feel excited to have landed on it and importantly, book a call with me.

The process with Gemma, Amy, Cass and Ellie has been a real team game and is thorough. It takes time - not just a couple of weeks - and careful thought. But the team led me through it all perfectly and it has been well worth the effort.

Now here I am, with a very colourful, vibrant and engaging website which reflects perfectly my business's USP and the feeling I want my clients to have when they have singing lessons with me.

Not only do I have a fabulous new website, the process has given me a clearer idea of what my business is aiming to achieve in the market, who my ideal clients are and what my sales process looks like.

Before I met Gemma, I was really struggling with my website. I had enlisted the help of others over a period of about 4 years but no-one ever really seemed to understand what I wanted or see my vision. I even tried to build it myself but of course, this left me feeling frustrated, anxious and embarrassed to share it.
