I have been working with Ash for just over 18 months now on a couple of different levels. The first has been 1-2-1 coaching which has proved invaluable to me, having taken my medium + long term targets and broken them down into weekly chunks that are manageable, and reported back on in our weekly accountability calls. Instead of being overwhelmed running 4 businesses, we have focused on the most important thing for each one at any given time and planned from there.
I have also had the pleasure recently of being in a Mastermind environment with Ash and other switched on business owners . This proved to be highly valuable to me particularly in last weeks session when a niche part of the business was bought up and we worked it through in a whole new way which focused on a new idea, which in turn would grow the business.
