Following a procurement exercise and robust round of hearing pitches and direction from different agencies, The Digital Maze were awarded the contract to give www.sanophysiotherapy.com a facelift. This involved a re-brand using new assets, merging 3 sites for different services we've acquired recently, and integrating bespoke features such as maps, forms and video.
The project team were fantastic, from our assigned Project Manager Josie Dunnicliffe, to Head of Web Design James Walsh. Collaboration tools were well utilised, such as Monday.com and Figma, and we had regular zoom meetings to keep things moving forward. A particular highlight of the process was the early round of stakeholder meetings where the TDM team spoke directly with internal stakeholders as well as sanctioned decision making contacts within our key customers to ensure that the design and build were user focused from the ground up. This led to some key decisions which drove a much improved end product.
I also want to mention Liam, who did the majority of the final build. The way the site and CMS are built allow us to make all of the granular changes we like and manage content and new page designs by simply plugging together the building blocks they've given us. This guarantees a high level of on-brand design in every page we make moving forward, and we don't need to sign-up to expensive and unnecessary dev time each time we need a tweak or new subpage. We can simply jump into the CMS and do it ourselves. Exactly what we needed.
Highly recommended team and company with an excellent methodology and way of working. A really down to Earth bunch with their heads screwed on, focusing on a great end product that isn't bells and whistles for the sake of it.
