We recently used Finns Group, led by Josh, to refurbish our bathroom, and we are extremely pleased with both the quality of the work and the professionalism of the team. From the outset, the customer service was excellent, Josh was always prompt to meetings and very patient with our questions.

Josh supported us in choosing the tiles and furniture that we wanted, as well as in the delivery process. Some of the materials were heavy and difficult to manage, yet within an hour of delivery, Josh arranged for a colleague to assist with moving them inside.

The completed bathroom was immaculate, with an excellent standard of workmanship. We initially had an issue with the drainage of the new bath trap, upon raising this with Finns Group, they responded professionally, acknowledging the issue and offering solutions. Once we agreed on the best course of action, they returned to resolve the issue. We were impressed by this commitment to aftercare and making every detail is correct, not simply finishing the job and moving on.

I initially hired Finns Group, led by Josh, to redesign my front garden with both hard and soft landscaping. The work was outstanding, so much so that when I needed a bigger project done, I didn’t hesitate to call Josh again. This time, they completed a single-story rear extension with new kitchen, transformed the entire rear garden (including a BBQ area, outdoor TV space, and firepit), and converted the garage into a gym.
