I am not impressed with the quality of my letterbox and I am appalled by the lack of customer care.
I've had a basic letter box attached to my gate for a little over a year ( fitted January 2024 ) and the product has already developed rust on the top of the product. I contacted to the company a few weeks ago and no one has responded or acknowledged my message. I fear they know they sell poor products, and do not care about their customers. I do hope I'm wrong.

There is nothing bad to say about the House Nameplate Company, from first point of contact up until delivery they have been of great help, efficient and professional throughout. I first contacted the company directly through Instagram as the nameplate we had our hearts set on (Premium Smooth Slate house sign 25x25cm) was originally unable to fit our full road name. Not a problem at all, the lovely person at the end of the DM's was brilliant and sent over a draft copy where they had made the text smaller and so allowing the road name to fit on fully. Delivery was quick and within the times stated on their lovely website, which was brilliant and we expected it to be longer due to our amendments. The packaging was exemplary too, a brilliant sturdy bubble wrap pocket meant there was no risk of my new nameplate being damaged by the courier. The videos on the website meant it was a breeze in installing the hidden fixings and then mounting onto our outside wall. The quality of the slate is amazing, natural marks on it give that bespoke feel and the finish of the product is perfect. A huge thank you to The House Nameplate Company and 100% would recommend 👍

We had our brass house nameplate restored and the result was exceptional! It looked like it should belong on a restored steam engine. Took a few weeks as I think they group them together with other orders and the wait was absolutely worth it. Lacquer finish means it won't have to be polished regularly. Cost was £40 which is an absolute bargain.

Had a small issue with my log unit as it had been dropped by the courier, I cant believe how fast and polite this company was in apologizing for the inconvenience and replacing the item as well as having the old item returned to them. Fabulous company, i will be using again d would recommend using them, communication second to none as well 5 stars for me with these people

Absolutely outstanding customer service, my emails were answered almost immediately and my item, which I needed urgently, was dispatched within a couple of days, with next day delivery. Everyone was super helpful.
I ordered a headstone for my dog, it looks even better than I expected. It's a quality piece of workmanship.
