If you are a startup, beware of this agency. My own experience was a painful one. Promises were made of an exceptional black book that would take us places and help us grow. In the end, all we really received was a shoulder shrug and the explanation that ALL their contacts were on holiday, not responding or on FURLOUGH. For a small business like mine a £3000 retainer per month, for absolutely no returns proved crippling. When I broached them for a conversation about returning my money, they treated me pretty poorly, not even making the time to speak on the phone. At one stage they indicated that they were offended, because I dared to tell them that they generated zero leads. Beggars belief! The star ratings here are worrisome. Two out of the eight are from their sister concern 'I am Spider', which is also their family business. I would never do business with them again, but would caution you against approaching them unless you have deep pockets and are happy to see money slip by unnoticed. They take offence to being asked questions related to their performance. I contracted this agency in May 2020.

Charlie, the founder of lifestyle agency- after being 20 minutes late without any announcement in advance didn’t show up to the meeting. His PA said first that he is stuck in traffic and after that “he is stuck in a meeting “ and this is at 9 AM in the morning.
