After a lot of supply issues across the zirconite network concept redirected my business to this company, at first the communications I had with the team was amazing, but it took them 6 attempts to send me a correct invoice as they kept charging different amounts, I then noticed they charge a lot more for their zirconite products then other zirconite distributors, however they claim to be the number 1 distributor, late Friday I was worried I wouldn’t receive my goods in time so I payed the over priced invoice, I got a reply from them saying I can just claim the extra 20% I was charged back, well if your not vat registered this won’t happen, said they would send next day delivery, Monday morning I emailed them to check it had been sent as no confirmation or no tracking sent, at this point I thought I better order a coating from another company for the next day incase motor plugs let me down, Tuesday arrives and I get a email from royal mail they’ve just received the package at the sorting office meaning my parcel was never sent next delivery and it wouldn’t arrive for me in time to use the coating, luckily the other company I use can dispatch the same day with next day delivery, but I’ve now got a coating I don’t need, I did email the company to which they replied very professional stating they would do what they can to keep me, well it’s not rocket science you’ve over charged me, I don’t actually want the product now, I just hope someone takes over zirconite before to many unorganized incompetent distributors ruin the brand.
