Had a great day attending the event on 14/8. It's been a while since I've been and my wife had never been but the quality of the competitors was excellent and both games were very exciting (helped of course by the commentator's own excitement). It would have been helpful if there could have been an explanation or summary of the rules, particularly the scoring as there seemed to be half points and two points goals.
There was a good choice of food and drinks and we choose the pitch side parking which gave a great view of the entire pitch.
Looking forward to going again.

The RCBPC family-friendly club, with ties to the student polo clubs of Reading University, Regents College and the University of London. As a member of the UoLPC, I have been coming here to the Berkshire for my lessons for nearly two years for winter training in the arena and it really is a happy place to be.

Coming here to watch tournaments is for the most part free, with ample parking for those spectating. Phil, from Cool Hooves Polo, runs regular friendly tournaments here, "chillout" chukkas on weekends, and other events. He and the rest of the team are keen to ensure that polo here is inclusive, friendly and fun, and with the help of coaches like Eddie Kennedy, that there is a standard where people can hope to learn and improve.

Although many of us university students are not full RCBPC members, the Cool Hooves team here ensures that we are still made to feel welcome, and the full members here that we do sometimes get to play alongside are also very welcoming and encouraging, irrespective of ability or handicap.

I absolutely love learning to play polo here! I have a lesson nearly every week. The instructors are great and so are the ponies. Lovely arena and plenty of grass to play om the summer. Cute clubhouse and ample parking.
