I have attended a number of Jayson’s Social Media Cafés and always found them a really useful way to learn how to use social media more proactively and to find out what sort of issues other people have. Everyone is very open and sharing so it’s a great way to meet people as well as share problems. I also booked on a Digital Skills Masterclass to learn more about Hootsuite and it was great. The class was just the right size and Jayson shared his knowledge freely and with a good dose of humour. I was worried beforehand that I would struggle as I was so new to the topic but Jayson took the time to explain it thoroughly and make sure I was following everything.
