To be honest, I had high hopes for THINK. They came back promptly to my initial query, and set up a zoom meeting with my designer, who came back quickly with new logo options for the company, and was prompt at changes and alterations to that until we came to the final selection, which I was really happy with.

Our new website was in the process of being designed (we’d been back and forth with several changes we wanted made - they pushed a Wix design, despite several emails saying we’d like to use a different web builder based on Wix limitations).

Then, without notice, our designer left the company. I reached out to them to find out what was going on, and was given 3 options:

- continue with the build as is, and launch within the week (despite us not being happy with it!).
- They would look at a new website build for us, but this would be quoted separately (?!)
- A part refund.

We went with the refund (which arrived promptly), and they offered a gift hamper as way of apology. However, this gift was sent to the wrong address (an address we haven’t used since 2020!), despite me giving a specific address for the hamper to be sent to.

When they phoned to ask whether I’d received it, and I flagged that they’d used an address we no longer have access to, they said ‘Let’s just leave it there’ - which pretty much sums up my experience with them.

You’d think that losing a designer at short notice, you’d be keen to retain clients, but it’s been a bit of a shambles, and not a company I’d ever recommend.
