We went to Thinking Creations when we decided to update our company “look”, following the recommendation of one of our clients. Ben came to take the briefing, and was extremely helpful in helping to define exactly what would need to be done, and in what order.
Ben and his team provided us with an updated version of our logo, without losing the very recognisable company identity. They also designed a whole range of items, from business cards to posters and banners to document folders to PowerPoint templates, all of which incorporated the new logo in a very smart, instantly recognisable livery. The design was exactly right for us, the items produced were of a very high standard, and the very few problems encountered were dealt with and resolved impressive efficiently.
We had some deadlines for exhibition items, which were met with ample margin for approval of the finished items again were of a very high standard.
We also went to Ben and his team for our 2016 Christmas cards, and again they came up trumps.
I have no hesitation in recommending Ben, and Thinking Creations. The service is excellent, as is the quality of the items produced, all on time (if not before) and always within budget.

In addition, he did a spectacular job of our programme. We had clear ideas regarding layout and content but Ben was quite literally able to take our sow’s ear and turn it into a silk purse! The graphics captured everything we could have hoped for: clarity where required for historical and auction lots information; fun and decorative visuals to mark the occasion and a funky collage of old photos to remember the past – it was as much a keepsake or souvenir as a programme!
More importantly, Thinking Creations were so easy to work with – quick, responsive, extremely conscious of our deadline and very patient! The print team we were working with also commented on their professionalism and expertise. Nothing was too much trouble. Suggestions always matched our theme and all our last minute changes were implemented swiftly and without any sense of (what might have been fully justified!) frustration.
