I was considering selling in 2023 and approached 3 agents for advice and quotation for services. TH&W were the most professional in their manner, and were the only business to provide ongoing supportive advice rather than push for agency. Circumstances changed and I didn't proceed to market however when circumstances changed again there was no question as to whose services I was going to use.
I lived remotely and TH&W provided all the local service and kept me informed of progress throughout, bringing the sale to a quick satisfactory completion.
