I recently took over the Ticket Office for my 70th birthday party on a Sunday lunchtime and was absolutely delighted about how the day went as 100 people "celebrated" my milestone. Chris and the whole team were outstanding and many commented on how great the staff had been. It was easy to plan up front with Vikki and they were flexible and understanding about what I wanted. The excellent food and drink flowed perfectly for a considerable time and everyone agreed it provided an ideal venue for a party like this. I can strongly recommend The Ticket Office on every count.

Great bar with plenty of seating space and a very lovely outdoor space for warmer afternoons/evenings.

Fantastic range of delicious cocktails, and really friendly and helpful staff too! Had a really fun time and great spot for meeting up with groups of friends.

The Best Bar in Ilkley by far. I rate it 5/5 Purley for the service that is always received by each member of the team that is working that day.youll not find it like it anywhere else . Here you are not just a number they go out of their way to ensure everyone has the best time. .
Great atmosphere with great selection of drinks.
The Manager Chris is amazing , welcoming everyone and has great banter, ensures no one is left out will go above and beyond !
Been here very frequently and also had a function here which we still have friends and family commenting how amazing the venue, staff and food was. If not tried yet , highly recommend*

Seemed like a nice place. Unfortunately due to cancelled trains we had to neck or beer and leave so can't really give an informed view.
But will go back again

Verly lively bar at the railway station. Lots of room inside with areas which can be separated off. Large covered area outside too. Inside was fully accessible for a wheelchair and there was an accessible toilet.
There were a few large screen TVs so it was good for watching the sport.
The staff were very efficient and very friendly which was great on a packed Saturday night.
They offer a wide range of cocktails - and you can sign up for cocktail making classes!
The overall 3 stars is purely my personal reflection based on my age - it is not the type of pub I would often frequent. The bar is clearly aimed at a much younger age group which would be brilliant for them.

We tend to visit the ticket office for a few drinks to end our evenings on a high, guaranteed good atmosphere every single time, amazing staff who are very attentive to needs and so kind and helpful, definitely a favourite in ilkley and would recommend to anyone. Keep it up guys! You’re smashing it!
