Ordered from Total Merchandise for the first time over the last several days as we needed some promo mugs. Very impressed across the board. The print quality on the mugs is perfect and they look even better than the proof design, with the print being crisp, clear and vibrant. The customer service has been fantastic too, with very quick assistance when needed, artwork proofing, account setup and delivery. We have purchased a variety of products from Total Merchandise for some time now and have found their customer service to be exceptional, helpful and friendly, as well as keeping you updated throughout the process. The quality is consistently outstanding whilst having the enjoyment of viewing goods with personalised themes before purchasing. Good delivery service and, again, they ask you to check goods upon delivery and reply i.e. quantity is right, happy with product, any other issues, etc. in order they can deal with it immediately. I ordered the recycled cotton tote with a single colour print. Uploading my design was easy, costing is straightforward and I was always kept up yo date with the progress of my bags.
