Touch Networks were chosen as our partner for IT support services in the summer of 2024 when Freight Logistics Solutions became ready to embark on a project to migrate all systems to the cloud. Touch Networks planned and implemented a migration to Microsoft Entra ID/Azure.

A significant component of the project involved the development of a suite of applications, device configuration and security update management with Microsoft Intune to the extent that new rollouts for our users and IT refreshes are almost fully automated along with the maintenance of security updates, patches and application updates. This has enabled our internal IT team to concentrate on the more value-added elements of their roles. Touch Networks’ technical support, customer service and project management have proven very valuable.

Since the migration, our partnership with Touch Networks is now concentrating on plans to further increase our Cyber-defence mechanisms in parallel with ongoing technical support.
