No Air Conditioning at the cinema. As soon as I did step in the room I knew straight away there were no air con. I reported it to a member of staff who said she will call her manager. Everyone was suffering and sweating for 2h30 (the long mission impossible movie) I had difficulty breathing , my heart was pulsing , I had headache which has been a Very Unpleasant experience.
After the movie I reported it to another member of staff and have clearly complained so other people as well.
The member of staff admitted they had air conditioning problems.
You should have offered Free Drinks to your customers... even just water bottle.
It is infuriating that you have not informed customers before as we could have buy more drink..
REALLY Unhappy about your attitude especially when you are in a full room for 2h30.
I should get a refund for my 3 tickets .

Screen experience absolutely fine, always love the chairs and seemed clean- but everything else is pretty poor at the moment. The pick and mix station (which costs a small fortune anyway) was only about 30% full with loads of boxes empty, the popcorn is always on the stale side and the toilets were absolutely abysmal. Have seen cleaner portaloos at a festival. Last night was a warm evening but air con wasn’t on in the foyer or the screen, which meant any chocolate purchased was pretty much melted and the initial experience in the screen was uncomfortable. This is supposed to be the premium cinema! Step it up Vue!

Unfortunately this cinema isn't very clean. Dirty soiled toilets. Sticky floors downstairs, escalator, upstairs and exit stairs (these are really sticky and covered in dirt and grime). Some screens like screen 4 are very small so I would recommend booking in advance. I like the reclining seats. However, these hadn't been cleaned properly (if at all) between screening and was also sticky. The neighbouring seat had crumbs and dust on it. Unfortunately during the adverts and trailers if sat in the first 3 rows there is a really bright light shining in your eyes. Although, the sound proofing is much better than the Odeon so you don't end up hearing films in the neighbouring screens.

Disappointing. Back to the bad old days of being robbed blind for concessions and poor selection in the pic n mix. £13 for a drink and a fairly small amount of sweets - much more than my local cinema.

No air con so unbearably hot.

"Luxury" seats really not comfortable - either had to lay down or my feet didnt touch the floor - I'm 5'6" so not short. My husbands didn't work anyway.

Only tried as my local cinemas weren't showing the film we wanted on the day we wanted. Won't be returning.

Best Vue I've been too. Been to a few in London and the south. But the seats were reclinable sound etc all good. Was a sold out theater for Captain America which added to the atmosphere!

Nice cinema in a good location with nice seats and screen. Standard snacks and drinks available 💺📽🎞🎫

The only complaint I have is that before a programme begins it might be a good idea to have the lights on so you're not in darkness when entering a cinema and having to use the torch on my phone to see where I'm going! Take note please VUE manager and staff at Exeter!
