They have clear signs that says meal deal = main + snack + drink. The drinks are labeled "drink", the crisps/chocolate are labeled "snack"... And nothing is labelled main. Right next to the labelled drinks and snacks are sandwiches and wraps - but apparently they aren't part of the meal deal when I tried to pay. So it seems that nothing is a main in the meal deal, so you can't even buy one. ?

Coffee unavailable at 3:20 pm though shop closes at 4 pm. No hot drinks available yesterday either. For a coffee shop they are never able to make sure coffee is available. Even if shop closes at 5, coffee is not available 30-45 mins before that. Not reliable

Been trying to call the store numerous times to see if they had wireless earbuds I am a patient at the East Entrance and it is far to walk. Nobody is still answering the phone

Staff stopes serving hot drink usually at 7pm.
Today they've decided at 18:50 they don't serve hot drinks anymore.
Just wondering if the management knows that.
They only just removed one of the trays, so machine not cleaned yet, so that excuse is out.

Without a doubt the worst part of an English hospital is always the main foyer. There's always a shop selling overpriced soft drinks and an angry receptionist ready & waiting to make enemies with everyone who plugs their phone in.

Coffee not available more than available. Always closes early. When Coffee is available it stops usually half hour before closing!
