We came with no branding or website experience and so were very pleased to find that Simon and Rachael had very clear processes that helped us explore the vision and character of our church and establish what we wished to communicate. They were quick to understand our ethos and story and were very creative and inspiring in their exploration of ways to express our vision aesthetically; with visual design, branding, photography and with text.

The website that Wildings Studio have created for us is so beautiful and very much expresses the creative, quirky, diverse character of the church. The website has also given the local community a greater feel for the range of activities and services that the church provides. Since the website launch, we have experienced an increasing number of visitors and volunteers, along with growing church attendance, and an increase in lettings enquiries.

Wildings encouraged the whole church to participate in the photoshoots for the website which was great fun - and such a great photographer. This, and the processes that Simon and Rachael led us through to refine our message for the website, have inspired us to explore new and diverse ways to express our vision and articulate our faith. There has been an upsurge of creative expression among us, on Instagram, in art exhibitions and in window displays. It has been very exciting to see how the process of building a website can inspire people to come together and creatively find ways to express the life, energy and diversity of their faith community.

I approached Rachael & Simon for help, as my stationary needed some new & fresh creative input. I have absolutely loved working with them both, through each stage from initial contact, the new design concepts, to the choices of print, colour and paper choice.

They have a very approachable nature, and Rachael understood where to gently nudge me, it has changed my concept of stationary design, and has made me look at print in a very different way. I never thought I could be shown so much choice with paper stock, I absolutely love my new stationary!

I worked with The Apple Yard to provide photography for a Derbyshire based hazardous waste recycling plant. They were were tasked with a website redesign and wanted strong visual imagery.

From the outset Simon and Rachael were extremely well organised and clear about the project requirements.

The Apple Yard managed to accomplish the difficult task of taking something complex and technical, distilling it down, and then presenting it in away that is concise and accessible. This was achieved through the use of great design and layout.

It has taken me years to find my own identity and space when it comes to my business online. Before working with Appleyard I knew I needed a website, online store, email subscription and branding but I was clueless how to go about it.

Rachel and Simon at Appleyard met with me and they quickly grasped exactly what my brand was about and where it was heading.
