From start to finish, working with this exhibition display company has been a smooth and satisfying experience. Ordering was fast and straightforward, and the turnaround time on delivery was impressively quick.

Superb service don’t hesitate! This is my second item baking bought from XL Displays, the customer experience on both occasions has been absolutely first class! We had a tight timeline which XL were made aware of and they not only met it they delivered earlier than promised! Great all-round service! We recently ordered replacement graphics for our pop-up stand, communication throughout the process was very good; confirming which graphic type was needed (as I didn't have the stand to hand to check), and submitting and proofing the artwork was great... the artwork submission process flags any concerns of quality and allows you to replace the artwork if necessary.
XL Displays were also very good when we initially ordered the pop-up. That is, that my manager took delivery of the stand and put it together for the first time on her own. Thinking there was a piece missing she phoned customer services who advised her how to correctly put the stand up (there wasn't a piece missing!), and moreover, took the time to phone again later to check all was ok. She was very impressed with the customer service!
Also I'd say the products are certainly value for money... well-made and not overly priced. And we have been very happy with the prints/artwork of the graphics, for both the originals and the recent replacements!

So straightforward and professional. We are so pleased with the banners we ordered. We used our own design and customer service was first class when it came to asking a question before we ordered and the follow up service afterwards. They keep you informed as to progress and check afterwards that all is well with your order. The desktop A3 banner and the Envoy Roller banner were such good value, they look amazing and were delivered much quicker than expected. Brilliant professional & personal service!

Brilliant Quality & Even Better Service! I’m really impressed with the quality of the tablecloth – it looks and feels premium, and our logo came out beautifully. A big shout-out to Vanessa, the graphic designer, who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond with the design adjustments. Great service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

XL Displays came to the rescue after I'd been seriously let down by another supposed printing company that turned out to be a scam (noTrustpilot review).
From the minute I made the call I was reassured that all was not lost and even if a printed gazebo could not be sourced in time for our event, there were other solutions.
As it turned out, XL Displays were able to supply an excellent gazebo with high quality printing, three days ahead of schedule. Throughout the process the sales and design team were professional and prompt - a pleasure to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and use them again.

We ordered some acoustic screens to reduce the background noise for our telephone advisers. Screens come in various colours and 2 different sizes. We chose the taller screens in both the white and silver finishes. They were easy to install and look great. Ordering was simple and efficient and they arrived quite quickly. They were definitely worth the wait and the teams love them!
