Tom provides an excellent service. He rang me after I first enquired regarding building a new website. It was great to chat to a real person about what I wanted. He produced good quality work in a timely manner. I then added logo design to my list of requirements and again he didn’t fail to deliver, taking on board my thoughts as the concepts were developed. I’ve recently had a new website designed by Tom and his team at Yello. Having got a bit frustrated by trying to design my own, I gave them a call following a local recommendation. Tom was friendly, helpful, took time to carefully read all the information I sent him, and took it on board to produce a new site which I’m extremely pleased with. He was very quick to respond and carry out the work, and very patient with my requests. And it didn’t cost the earth.
